Firstcry online shopping app best for baby products with quick delivery as they have advertised. But my personal experience was totally opposite.
I have bought some products for my kid like baby diaper, shoes etc but they make me cry even they have not delivered the products within their estimated time. The courier service through which Firstcry sent my products was also worst. This courier service is dotzot, the worst courier service experience ever I faced with. Even they don’t have the proper online tracking update.
The firstcry customer service is also in a dump condition as they don’t have the proper information regarding the current status of your products when your products on transit. They just tried to get rid of from you by only taking your complaint number and that’s all whenever I rang them to see my products current status of delivery.
Overall it was my very bad experience with firstcry and it’s for sure not to purchase any item from FirstCry near future as I got my products after 20 days. But in my same native other online site are delivering products within 4 to 5 days.
So, thank you FirstCry for making me such a wonderful worst experience and hope you will improve your shipment process so that we can take the advantages provided by you.
