The item has not been delivered to us and after few days the delivery boy called us and informed that the item has been lost. He asked us to reorder the same item in cash on delivery mode. He agreed to pay the money.
But as we bought it on 50% off, which is applicable only if we shop above 300 Rs. so we informed him we couldn’t place the order.
After few days the shipment status was updated as delivered. Then we mailed customer care regarding the status updated. But they told that item was delivered.
Then I explained them about the conversation I had with the delivery boy. Next day they accepted but they told that the item cannot be resent as the stock is not available.
I checked and the stock was very much available. We have sent almost 8 mails, but no response. At last they agreed to replace the item after so many followups for months.
