I ordered a baby frock & a t-shirt from Firstcry.com for my daughter, however they were really pathetic & never looked like new. They cheat customers & sell fake, old stuff on the website. The moment I received it I called customer care to initiate the return & refund my money. Imagine the response I received-Maám you have to drop it yourself at blue-dart office & if you do so we will give you only a replacement & no refund. However, if you send it on your own through local courier & bear the expense yourself, as we will not reimburse it, then we can give you the refund.
What crap is this-
First: They send you old, dirty products & then no reverse pick up .
Second, if you use the blue dart service then your own money will not be refunded.
