One of the worst online shopping. I started using Firstcry from mid of December 2015. First couple of Cash on Delivery went very smooth. Then I placed my first prepaid order on(31st December Order#2898234OI05D5E021. This particular order has been split into two deliveries via the AWB#s 127L507970623, 7L507977647. But the delivery boy didnt handover the package 127L507970623 and told the package is damaged. So, we logged a complaint with the Firstcry on 31st itself but still(5th Jan 2016) no resolution. But keep on getting different ticket numbers for tracking. FirstCry is saying that the xpress bees updated the AWB status as delivered so we are still working on it. It is not a excuse to the customer who already paid for the product and waiting for the delivery.
while this dispute going on, today on 5th Jan 2016, again I have ordered couple of diaper bundles for the new one(Order# 2898234PI050D8296)(Yeah! I am dumb to believe the service of First cry) and as usual they split the delivery in multiple parts(AWB#s 127AE08056338, 127AE08056339). As per the invoice of the AWB#127AE08056338 it should have Mamy Poko Pant Style diaper Extra Small -32 pieces and a Babyhug Premium Babywipes 80-pieces. Instead of getting these two the package had only one item that is the diaper.
So, By having this continuous bad experiences I wont recommend to shop @ FirstCry.com if they are not able to track their Franchisee/partners quality in order fulfilling.
