First of all.. I dont have ppl like dilip kumar, sanjeev kumar, naseeruddin shah, om puri in list because I have not seen many films of their.. just one or two... but they r great.
Amitabh Bachchan- he is the only person who happened to be ’’old’’ hero whose movies I have seen. he was awesome in zanjeer, mukeder ka sikander, sholay, satte pe satta, aks, sharabi, lawaris, hum, amar akhbar anthony, agneepath.. ppl over look his talent due to his false image (angry young man). he was good in comedy in amar akber anthony (hot dog scene) or one liners in sholay (tumhara naam kya hai basanti?) and he was as good in sad scene of mukader ka sikander, sholay, agneepath...
Aamir Khan- the guy is the most talented leading star of the 90s. he is versitile. he is great in comedy (andaz apna apna), action (sarfarosh), romance (qsqt), drama (lagaan). he is the one who can do it everything. no one (leading stars of 90s) get under the skin of character like aamir does. when he acts one sees character and not aamir. his expression on his face when he has to fight of the ’’love syndrom’’ in DCH (when he sees priety in opra house) is simply mind blowing. he takes risks and thats wat makes him different from others. he seems to be set trends.. if he sings a song others leading star wants to sing song.. if he plays father others want to play father, if he changes his hair style others try to do that too.
Anil Kapoor- probably the most underrated actor of all times.. he is also like aamir. he dedicates himself to the character he plays and also is versitile great performance in Ishwar, Tezab, Karma, Deewana Mastana, Ram Lakhan, Nayak and many more
Sanjay Dutt- if it hadn’t been for his antic offscreen ppl would have labled him next amitabh. he has also proven himself in doing diff. movies. great in comedy (Haseena Man...) action (Mission Kashmir, Khalnayak)
Ajay Devgun- no one’s eye speaks as much ajay devgun’s eyes speak. great performance in Zakham, HDDCS, TLOBS, Gangajal, Company and many more to come. I would have puted him at no.4 spot but he isn’t as versitile as Sanjay Dutt is.. he is becoming repetative in ’’serious’’ role (qayamat and zameen r example)
