Avoid too Much of Biscuits!!

Well I dont take biscuits anymore becoz they might sound healthy as per the Advertisement on Tv and paper but the truth is - "They r really bad for health".


Biscuits contain full of Carbs, Sugar and preservatives which in turn will cause obesity. May be good for growing kids especially who are very active. But for grown ups and aged people, Dont take biscuits for snacks. Instead Take up Wheat Rusk and Fruits.


Now coming to my Five Best Biscuits -


1) Britania Marie gold - Its considered somewhat healthy becoz it contains fibre which is good for health.  Even some doctor advice patients to eat Marie Gold.


2) britannia milk bikis - Another best Biscuits which I especially like because of its flavor and taste.  When consumed it feels light light marie gold and also feel like milk!   Can be consumed by Growing Kids.


3) Britania Good Day - Another Biscuits for rich people. This is consider little healthy becoz it contain badam content in it which is good for health.


4) Kellogs Nutri-Grain - An another good biscuit product which has some healthy and enrgetic cereals in it. Very good for Aged people who lack in these cereals based energy.  Also best to eat while loss of energy due to fever!


5) Parle G - This is vintage of all biscuit. I have been eating this from the age of 15 and those days these biscuits wer the top choice for all.  Very small in size and just 5 Rupees per pack.   Tastes just like Milk Bikies.


Biscuits to avoid - Avoid all types of Butter based and cream based biscuits. They r health killers.!  Also avoid too much for chocolet based biscuit and more importantly avoid Cookies.  Recent Study says that too much cookies cause Cancer!


Verdict - Again, anything of tool much is not good and this applies to biscuits too.  If you kids take a lots of biscuits against food and fruit, dont be happy, it bad for them in long run.  Consume biscuits in modulation.
