*Best Batsman: *Sachin Tendulkar/Vivian Richards**
It is very difficult to choose between the two geniuses. What I like about Sachin is his composure. He is so correct almost all the time in his assessment of the situation. And thats what dictates his attack.
Richards is amazing because of his audacity, and his confidence.and his superiority complex.which was well justified. His nature of gay abandon was enough to perish the opposition. A firm believer of Living Life King Size.
*Best Bowler: *Wasim Akram**
A person who can bowl 6 bowls of 6 kinds in an over and beat the best of batsman consistently. A person who can demoralise the best of batsman with his killing attitude. A person who can claim close of 1000 wickets in international cricket. A person who can inspire the whole team by his mere presence. Such a charisma is Wasim Akram. In my 20 yrs of following international cricket.I have not seen a better performer.
*Best Wicket Keeper: *Adam Gilchrist**
This question always haunts me.is this person an allrounder or a wicketkeeper who can bat. In either of the categories.he would surely be among the top. He is the person who defines modern cricket.
*Best Allrounder: *Kapil Dev**
He may not be having the charisma of Imran but he surely is a fighter. When the going gets tough.Kapil gets going. He excelled in all departments of cricket and what augmented his efforts was his passion for the game.Such levels of passion was instilled in him that every other strategy took a back seat. He loved to take the bull by its horns. The person who almost singlehandedly changed the attitude and fortunes of his country in the game of cricket.
*Best Fielder: *Jonty Rhodes**
What Jayasurya gave to modern day one day cricket, this man provided to fielding. Quantum jumps over time would not have made world cricket the way it is today, what you needed was a person who could set the standards of fielding at a different level altogether. Athleticism, Reflex and focus was something which came to cricket, thanks to this genius. Other greats have changed cricket by their superior contribution over a number of years.but this man changed cricket with his debut.
