Ok, I was asked to write a bit more bout my favourites and here is a detailed bio.
1.Clint Eastwood:I never considered myself a cowboy, because I wasnt, Clint Eastwood once said. But I guess when I got into cowboy gear I looked enough like one to convince people that I was. He shot to fame with the TV series Rawhide, playing Rowdy Yates. Then, he went to Italy to make a movie with an unknown director, Sergio Leone, who was given a load of reel, some money and a camera. A Fistful of Dollars became a smash hit in Europe and was released for American audience two years later. The Good, the Bad and the Ugly established Clint as a major star when he got $160, 000 for the movie. Then came Dirty Harry, a no-nonsense cop and there was no looking back. His directorial debut, High Plains Drifter was a major hit and that proved Clint is good before the camera as well as behind it. Vexed by the land-laws in Carmel city, he ran for Mayor and won. He won Oscar for best-director in 1992 for the movie The Unforgiven.

2.Sean Connery:There are seven genuine movie stars in the world today and Sean is one of them. - Steven Spielberg.
Born on August 25, 1930, in a grimy part of Edinburgh, Tommy Connery, a poor, uneducated labourers son grew up to be Sean Connery, well-read, well-travelled and world-famous. He stood third in Mr. Universe, circa 1950. My name is Bond-James Bond, he informed the worlds movie-goers in 1962. There is so much about this man worth writing. But I think you should get you hands on January issue of Readers Digest, 1990. Sean is the best Bond ever. He played Dr. Henry Jones, father of well-known Indiana Jones. In one scene, Dr Henry Jones and his son take over the enemys German fighter biplane - the son at the controls, the father behind him, with machine-guns. It is a favourite image of Connerys:father and son, fighting and winning together, against the odds.
3.Jim Carey:He needs no introduction. Born as James Eugene Carrey, first of four children of an accountant, began his comic actions when he was 10. 1994 saw this rubber-faced man in three blockbusters, AceVentura:The Pet Detective, The Mask and Dumb and Dumber. For the last one, he received a multi-million dollar renumeration. Determined to prove himself as an actor, he did The Truman Show. His latest flick, Bruce Almighty, created waves of laughter all over the world. Thats the trouble with being me. At this point, nobody gives a damn what my problem is. I could literally have a tumor on the side of my head and theyd be like, Yeah, big deal. Id eat a tumor every morning for the kinda money youre pulling down.
4.Bruce Willis: Bruce Willis was born Walter Bruce Willison on the 19th of March, 1955 in Idar-Oberstein, a German town near the border with Luxembourg. He was also a talented wrestler - that scar on his shoulder now is actually the result of a serious sprain. When he thought things couldnt be better, he found himself playing the detective John McClane in the smash hit, Die-hard. He played the part thrice and it was well-received all over the globe. He won an Emmy for his comedy in FRIENDS. Though busy with his bankrupt restaurant chain Planet Hollywood, Bruce still finds time for acting and charged $22.5 million for Harts War.
5.Mel Gibson: Actor, director and producer Mel Columcille Gibson always wanted to be a journalist but instead, joined National Institutes of Dramatic Art in Sydney. MadMax and its sequels The Road Warrior made him an international superstar. His next movie Gallipoli, removed any doubts about his acting skills. Though he went for serious roles in the likes of Hamlet, he sustained his career with action roles in Lethal Weapon, co-starring Danny Glover. His directorial debut was Man without a face in 1993 but the movie he produced and directed in 1995, Braveheart, helped him earn the Oscars for best actor and best director. Mel is a devoted family man with wife and seven children who always stay with him while he is shooting. Otherwise, the Gibsons live on a ranch in Australia.
