I’m not crazy after gifts, but honestly speaking, on some special ocassions(such as valentines day, birthday, diwali, or some special occasions) I do like to receive gift. I am a very much music, book, sports, perfume lover. So my choice will always be from these category.
Which type of Books?
Any fiction from my favorite author list; such as, Humayun Ahmed, Sirshendu, Sunil etc. I don?t like poetry too much. I like comics. Tintin, Asterix, Phantom, Archie etc are my favorite comics. I generally get books in my birthday. My friends are quite aware of that fact that I am a book worm.
Which type of music?
Music is my first love. I like Tagore song, Bengali modern-folk-classical-band songs; English- Britney Spears, Ricky Martin, Celine Deon, Back Street boyz; Hindi songs of A.R Rahman?s music, Gazals of Bade Golam Ali, Jagjit Singh, Mitali Singh. I don?t want to listen kaanta laga or Saiya Dilme Ana Re, I will prefer the music video of the songs!
Some VCDs?
Yes, I like VCDs. I like action movies & comedies very much. VCDs like?The Mask?, ?Enter the Dragon?, ?Matrix Series?, ?Lord Of the rings series? or?Kiss of the Dragon? etc are my favorite movies. Hindi movies like?Kuch Kuch Hota Hai?, ?Kaal Ho na ho?, ?Zubeidaa? etc or hotchpotch(language) movie like?Bend it like Beckham? or?Mr. & Mrs. Ayer? are my favorite.
Perfumes:-
Yes, I am fond of perfumes too. I like any kind of light perfume, Park Avenue etc
is enough.
But gifts alone always are not the correct medicine on your very special days. Your smile and very special appearance are always needed. If the emperors from the White House and Downing Street announce that they will not go to the war for no reasons, that will be the greatest gift for my birth day.
