My Hi5!!

Being a die- hard romantic at heart I couldn’t keep myself from posting in this category. Though my single status indicates i’m devoid of any practical experience in the field, but my experiences in the realm of fantasy are innumerable, hehe.Though I have had my share of crushes, tht’s all I have to offer for the sake of credibility:)

I would sing the following to Mr. right(Andekha- Anjana:)

  1. Kismat se tum humko mile ho(Pukar 2000): This one tops my list coz it has this ethereal feel to it, I would rate it very high on melody and the way it tugs at my heart strings. Sung by Kavita Krishnamurthy & Sonu Nigam(both talented singers), this song aptly conveys how wonderful it is to have your beloved in your life. shot on snow peaks makes it truly a visual treat but does leave one wondering how did Madhuri manage a saree at freezing a temperature?

  2. Tum mile dil khile(Criminal 1994): I’ve been listening to this one since standard VIII and still listening, pretty sure will do so for time to come. It’s one of the best numbers sung by kumar Sanu(though we hear less of him these days). This song touches you deeply & is very high on emotional quotient.

  3. Hume tumse pyar kitna(Kudrat 1981):This melodious number brings out the intensity of love for the  beloved by describing the  insecurities which any lover would experience.Kishore Da is as always informidable and has pumped his all into the song, which reaches to the inner recesses of the heart.

  4. Zara Zara(Rehna hai tere dil mein 2001): Sung by Bombay Jayshree, this number is everything a woman would wish to put into words, it’s .well I really can’t describe it. It transports you to a very dreamy state and long after the song is over you are still searching for yourself:) Recommended Dose: Definitely not ZARA ZARA:)

  5. Tujhe Dekha to yeh jaana sanam(DDLJ 1995):The movie which redefined love in a new light for Gen X, also had some memorable songs- my personal favourite being this one, Kumar Sanu accompanied by Lata ji again does a good job of it. The song has a very youthful appeal to it and yes I was floored when I heard this 1 as at that time I had stars in my eyes too:)

I would sing all of the above to set his heart affluter & to create memories of a life time. You go and rate this review if it’s been of help, in the meanwhile i’ll continue my search for the one willing to listen to this bathroom singer(tht’s me:)
