Five star chicken have many branches in Bangalore. I often do go there and have some fried chickens. Many of my friends birthday parties were arranged there. The main reason is that their products cost much lesser as compared to KFC.
There are two main items available, Thai Crispy and Spicy. When we go for parties we order it by large quantities. Mainly 4 or 5 buckets. A bucket consists of 10 pieces. So the order is large, the staffs don’t care about the making of the item. They will rush it. many times we have got not properely cooked chicken pieces. Some pieces still have blood stains in it. They are serving it without being cooking it properly. They care about the money more than customer satisfaction.
So when we ask for a replacement for this defective piece, the staff will have a strange look on their face. Sometimes they are too reluctant to provide extra ketchup. And taking the spicy too much can cause trouble for your stomach.
