My favorite Indian cookbook

I love Indian food, have been to India.

The reason of the unique flavor of Indian food is due to the use of Indian spices and combinations of ingredients that are truly unknown to most of the westerners.

This book is very easy to use and the finished dish came out as good as any indian restaurant. I have prepared variety of Indian dishes from this, for my family & friends and have received nothing but praise.

Living in US and having the opportunity to enjoy food from many different nationalities, I was inspired to look for a hot & spicy Indian recipes cookbook. I have been cooking out of this book whenever possible, and so far, always succeeded.

If you are like me and have Indian (spicy) tastebuds and want to adventure into many different spicy cuisines of India, then I think you will really appreciate these recipes and enjoy the taste.

All of the recipes are quite easy to follow and quick for people on the run who don’t have time to follow tedious instructions...which is why this book is perfect for everyday cooking (unlike some books that describe ingredients you don’t know or don’t have time to find). You can get the ingredients from any Indian grocery store.

The structure of the book is perfectly organized, and has some excellent tips and time saving information.

I hope you will enjoy this book as much as I have!!

The bookmark in this cookbook is divided into sections, which further branches out on your clicks on the mouse, its very easy use and very fast to locate any recipe.

All recipes are written clearly and easy to follow. In addition, most of the recipes gives hints about good accompanying dishes, and so forth.

Highly recommended!
