Worst customer service

On 3rd Oct 2011, I gave my car to Mithila Hyundai(Mira bhayandar road) for servicing and was promised to receive it within 10 days. I had to continuous follow up regarding the status of my car.

Finally, on 22-Oct, I received a call to collect my car. But to my dismay, I had to wait for 3 long hours to get one look of it. The car was all messed up.

1)      Some paint marks were present on the window.

2)      Dashboard was not polished

3)      Dust was present in the gear box n the interiors

4)      Seat cover had some black spots

5)      Coolant was missing

6)      Fan belt was loose hence the car was making some weird sound

I drove my car with the last 2 points. I spoke with team manager and he was helpless too and showed no guilt. I took his MD number and he assured me that he would send some rep immediately but there was no sign of anyone helping me. After following up again, rep came and added the coolant and fixed the fan belt.

**All this took A MONTH! And eventually I am a highly dissatisfied customer.**

I would continue using Modi-Thane service center for servicing even though traveling would be an issue for me but at least at the end of the day I am a highly satisfied customer.

A sincere appeal to all Mira Bhayandar customers is to NOT TO use MITHILA HYUNDAI for servicing.
