Once you’ve paid there is no refund even if you are unhappy with the delivery. You can try to cancel but every time you will be directed around in a loop with no outcome. If the seller refuses to cancel you will not get your money back.
Stay away from a seller called Rob "The Maritimer". I went to Fiverr to try find professional video editor who could take my old clips and turn them into a powerful professional looking cinematic video with impact that will stand out ahead of my competitors videos.
This seller claimed that he could deliver what I asked for. After 3 revisions he clearly still could not deliver the quality of editing that I asked for.
I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the video and sound editing. It was an amateurish looking production. I would have definitely done a far better job myself with basic video editing software.
I did not accept the order and requested a cancellation. The seller refused to cancel.
I lodged a claim with Fiverr customer service and nothing happened. In the meantime the seller went ahead and delivered the order. Seller still got my money.
I also experienced similar issues with other sellers on Fiver. Far too many people on Fiverr that claim to be able to do work they are not qualified or experienced to do leading to valuable time being wasted, frustration and loss of money.
I’m still fighting this and will continue to give this seller as well as Fiverr a very bad review wherever I can all over the internet until this is resolved and I get my money back!
