After creating your gig/service on fiverr you will be getting orders from the customer same as you place the order on flipkart or any e-commerce website here your customers are ordering for your service not for a product.
It depends on your work or orders you get from fiverr, in start I would suggest you to take $5 for your service, after getting some positive reviews and order you can increase the rate of your gig/service.
