Flamingo does not take its guests seriously.Their agents in Bangkok are no good and just like. We were made to miss the Alcazar Show because their pick up arrived when the show is almost over. They promised Indian Food before the money was paid. But once the money is paid, they reveal their true colors. Their organizing is very mediocre. They are in a tearing hurry to dump you all to Airport. Their people are quite rude. Our entire Bhutan and Thailand trip was totally horrible. They do not live up to their words. Just to save money, we were made to travel for nearly 20 hours from Thailand. So I do t think I would travel again with these people.
in fact, I will be approaching the Consumer Forum against Flamingo for the suffering that our family has undergone with them
