I bought a refrigerator from flipcart.date 10 January 2016, but they deliver wrong order..
When I called customer care then they said to me that they will exchange and resolve my problem within 70 days..I had wait around 9 days ..
But they didn’t provide my order when i sent email to flipcart then they call me and said that they can’t exchange we already deliver right order and disconnect the phone i have already spent 13600rs and they provided cheap quality refrigerator..please help me for exchange my order or refund my money..flipcart is a big cheater..i really disappointing with there services..they said only please wait mama..we will resolve your problem...but i loose my passions..really big frauds services
