Hi Team,
I have never seen such worst customer service, Few days back my wife placed an order for a mobile phone as she wanted to gift it to my father in law on his birthday, we guys were waiting with crossing fingers, it was booked on my office address, so many orders from flipkart were already delivered on this address but I got a message after delivery date that your order has been cancelled with no reason.
Nobody even bothered to give a call back.
