My friend had ordered a pair of shoes. But he got the shoes that were bit different from what he had seen on the website. In website they looked great but when we saw it they were cheep in quality and in look too. when he tried to return he found that flipcart doesn’t have a return policy. Please make a policy to return the money to the customer in a faster way.and one more thing is that you should show the real pictures of the products. Though you have informed customers already about such things you have to show the real picture of the products. and it’s better if you show the quality also.
