I had two completely separate order on Flopkart,
I decided to cancel one of the orders, however it cancelled BOTH orders coz of their wrong logic and system limitation.
I realised this when I received two separate SMS respectively for both.
I immediately called customercare, tweeted, sent a mail and even facebook post considering it was important order for me.
However finally when I heard from them over call, tweet or fb, they all accepted their mistake but ALL WERE LIKE " WE CANT DO ANYTHING"!
I even offered that its ur mistake but I can reorder if you provide same pricing.
That also they just ignored and skipped.
I used to prefer Indian websites and startups to purchase, BUT #Flopkart behaviour now completely changed my mind.
NEVER BUY just coz its cheaper but later if u get in issues, you have nowhere to go as noone bothers to try to resolve. They just know a word "SORRY, WE ARE HELPLESS"
Customer who spent lacs on shopping on flipkart in last 5 years, when he faced issue, Flipkart just ignored and replied bluntly.
