I’ve been a Flipkart customer from 2014 and have placed multiple orders with almost no issues till now. I find it very interesting to use, especially the kind of offers they put up for the products. The kind of customer service they provide is fast and its just brilliant.
I wanted to buy a fitness band and was looking for the options on Flipkart. Surprisingly, I found a Samsung Gear Fit 2 with many special offers. It was around 13K and I got it for 7.2K.
On just, one or two occasions I had some issues with the products but the customer service made sure the issue is resolved at the earliest possible in a very friendly way.
Its always been very exciting to shop on Flipkart. Big Billion days and other similar sales are huge success and the kind of discounts they offer to the customer are sometimes just unreal.
