Never ever buy from Flipkart. I exchanged my old phone for which they offered me 2850/- subject to the condition of the phone. However, when the delivery person came, he tried to find faults in the phone and showed a scratch barely visible to naked eye and asked me to pay 1550/- extra. The same damage, even if you can call it one, made me eligible for a deduction of 2000/-. But all my requests fell on deaf ears and I had to pay extra. My complaints also have not been attended to. Before this also, I had purchased a mobile stand after making full payment of the same but the same was not delivered to me and they claim to have delivered the same. No action taken for that too. Flipkart doesn’t care about buyers once they receive the payment for the product.
