Flipkart is an awesome platform who want to purchase their stuffs at one place, but it alone does not make it an awesome e-commerce website.I personally have had a very pathetic experience with it.
I purchased puma shoes from Flipkart and after 14 days I recieved a local branded shoes of around ₹400 of miserable condition.The shoes I ordered was of Rs 3000 which I had payed Cash on delivery.I requested a return of the shoes and was assured that my shoes will be collected within 3 working days which it took 7 days.They asked me to update my bank details which I updated through a phone call.I got an error notification that the bank account detailes are not apt.I rechecked and uploaded it several timesbut the error was not resolved.I contacted their customer care and they asked me detailes.I gave it to them and then they said that the refund was initiated.After 6 months of that incident I got a message from my bank that I have got my refund back. Now you guys tell me how slow is their service.
