My first product with flipkart - Philips Headset
Damaged shipment & they replaced with great concern and apologies. I was happy
2nd product: Dell 20" LED Monitor - No issues
3rd product: Casio watch - no issues
4th product: Philips MP3 Player - no issues
5th product: Samsung 32" LED full HD smart TV - The customer service rep had no clue about the product specs but confidently gave me misleading information.
6th product: Mothertouch cradle - After 3 days of ordering, the shipment came to a hub which is 4 kms away from my house in the morning as per the tracking record. and at night 10 PM, the status was changed to undelivered due to heavy traffic. Where in the world someone tries to deliver a product at 10 PM after 12 hours of reciept and return coz of heavy traffic? I called them the next day to expedite the delivery and the response was not very caring. I got the product the day after which was damaged. I called them to say the product itself is not good and I am willing to pay more to go for a higher range but they said policy doesnt allow. The replacement I got was not good too which had minor paint marks and sharp edges. I wrote a review about the product and they deleted my review and sent a mail saying it cant be posted.
Going forward, I am not going to trust these online stores rather walk in to stores and test what I need and then buy it. I think we are becoming lazy with such online shopping.
