This is a major issue that Flipkart is doing now a days with their replacement and return or exchange policy. They have started cheating customer and their seller are equally responsible . In case of tech product first they send defective old manufactured product in an exchange of working one and with their return proceeding customer have to face
an intentional delay. 247 customer support is just a show off, they dont help your.. I am facing an issue right with such order of a D-Link router I have purchased and they are harrassing almost every day for a week now, delaying and rejecting my replacement, they are not taking return and not giving any refund as per their complicated policy . This is a purecheat. I dont want any customer to face such harrasment , therefore I am just passing my concern about such a bad experience . I dont know my issue will be resolved or not but from today.
