I started using this site about a year back, and till date, I have not had a single bad experience. I love their service. and compared to the customer care experience with most brands in india, they are by far the most responsive. the delivery of products is always on or before time, and in great condition. my only suggestion for them is to give higher discounts on products. also, it’ll be great if they can add new product lines, like cosmetics, skin care, stationary and home decor.
