Don’t Buy any Product from Flipkart, becz their courier service is very very poor. I book a mobile from flipkart on 23 Oct 2013. My order no. was OD31023093898 and they said that I will get this item by 26th October.
But Flipkart said the material has been received by me. I told them to provide me DRS(proof of delivery) copy from their concern courier company. They provide me DRS(poof of delivery) copy on 13 November 2013. But the signature was different. I send them my PAN Card copy saying that this is my real signature. But from that date, 13 November 2013, to till date Flipkart did not replied.
It shows how careless is Flipkart. They are not concern whether the material dispatch from them, received by customer in time or not.
After 20 min of posting this complaint on Flipkart.com. Flipkart person called me and said that I will get another NEW MOBILE SET. But on 22 November 2013, courier person come to me and he is saying that he will give new mobile in REPLACEMENT of that mobile which I get before. Everyone who can read my complaint, can understand what the mean of posting this complaint, but Flipkart is unable to understand this complaint.
