Flipkart=Poor customer support service

There have ben no. of instances when I found customer support is poor, their is an instance on 15 may 2017 I made a purchased few products from the service provider having an offer at the time that over the cart value of more than Rs.2000 purchase an  Rs. 2500 gift voucher will be received by the purchaser till 30 June.




  1. I have purchased an Puma bag of 30 L instead I received 25 L after complaining they have replced it with an apology of Rs. 150 but this amount never creditted after calling no. of times I phonepe & flipkart both are blaming each other when I didn’t conference call with both the customer care flip kart merely denied to give any such money even though I have screeen shop of that amount.




  2. The replaced bag was again og 25 L but this time they are not ready to replace it want to do refund & saying this will make you not- elegible for MMT gift voucher .




  3. Team agreed & mailed me if you didn’t return this bag  by 30 Jun you will get this voucher.




  4. Today is 3 july still the voucher is not received every time when I call at first they says you are not eligiblr for the voucher, when I says I have your mail commitment with order id suddenly I becomes eligible.




  5. Every time I calls the give assurance your issue will be resolve with in 48 hrs but after 48 hrs they asks for more 48 hrs today I got call from Ritika, she again asked for 48 hrs .




  6. When ever you asks for date at which they can resolve issue they says we can not gove any commitment.




  7. Every customer care give different information regarding same case, after frustration I rudly asked did you people got to see different screens for different customer care executive.






8.Some times they says we don’t see any offer, it is their portal the can do any thing but thank fully I ahve asked for mails & due mine prior experiences kept the screen shots.


Hopefully I will get proper customer support soon
