Sharing a real experience just a week before Big Billion Day sell. Don’t Trust Flipkart Sell, they are cheaters, you will see a cheap product & fall pray to Flipkart. Go for Amazon, Snapdeal for genuine offer & service. I ordered an item today as a part of Flipkart offer home-appliances kitchen-appliances Sale. But Flipkart cancelled it & sending refund for the same after a half Day, which is clear sign of a fake campaign. I called customer care. The Customer care response is just Brut-full denial of order delivery. The rep says the seller has cancelled it & they can’t do anything on this part. So Guys Please think twice from whom you are buying ! from Flipkart or Seller? Actually We don’t know the seller we are not bothered for the seller. We know Flipkart we pay to flipkart & flipkart delivers it, so it’s flipkart responsibility to provide the item to the customer. The way flipkart deviates from his responsibility is just not acceptable. If seller cancels the order of his own than why such seller is listed on Flipkart? What Flipkart is doing? Flipkart is cheating customers on the name of offers. Flipkart is eyeing on Big Billion Sell. Is this how you are going to succeed? Just be careful guys !
