The invoice also lacks a tracking number, which raises concerns about the authenticity of the item. I’ve contacted customer care twice, but there has been no resolution. The executives claimed that a complaint was raised, yet I can’t find any record of it in the app. Despite submitting two complaints, there has been no progress. I strongly advise against purchasing from Flipkart due to their poor service.
