Flipkart as of now is one of the top online shopping websites, flipkart started their online business in 2007, in the beginning I used to think its a waste site cheating customers just to make profits, earlier most of us don’t know about flipkart, and I don’t shop on flipkart, later the way it come up and become popular by good customer service, quality products, best prices and offers, with in a short span of time it become very popular, then I decided to make a purchase online and am very much satisfied with its service, and now my first choice for online purchase is through Flipkart, MY EXPERIENCE WITH FLIPKART: Once I have purchased a Tablet which has one year of warranty after using the tablet for around 11 months there was a problem in the tablet and display and touch is not working properly, as it has one more month of warranty, I have asked for the repair by calling flipkart customer care, due to lack of service center for that tablet brand in my city, they returned back the tablet amount in my fliplkart wallet, with that amount I purchased a new tablet. Which I am very much satisfied with Flipkart.
