I am very sad to inform you about what Flipkart has done with me.
This is the whole incident:
Me and my teammates had to prepare a
project for science exhibition and we had to use a glue gun for it.
I ordered it on Flipkart. I had selected the red colour and it was looking a heavy glue gun. It also offered 10 glue sticks with it.
When it came to my home and I opened the pack, I saw a blue glue gun, surprised!
And it added to my surprise when I saw that there was a set of 5 glue sticks only.
isn't this enough to say that the customer service of Flipkart is not good?
Also, after using it continuously for 2 months there was a shot in the glue gun and it was spoiled.
The glue sticks given where not only lesson number but also small in size.
This all made me away from Flipkart.
So please check everything and be sure before online shopping.
