My daughter ordered an HP-430 laptop with Dual Core processor, It was delivered in Delhi on 3rd day, which can be deemed to be very well in-time.The sticker on the machine showed "Pentium" only and not Dual Core, as was advertised on internet and which was also a deciding factor of the order made.
After installing Windows on the machin, tte System Information also did not show the processor as "dual core". Complaint was made to Flipkart over phone. The page containing System Information opened through Windows7 was also emailed to them.
The Flipkart in response to the mail, the mailed to my daughtor. She again talked to them and they argued much over the issue reffering to ’Basic Input-Output Sysstem’ chip, which was radiculous.
During subsequent phone call on 9th July, 2012, it was unilaterally declared and re-affirmed by Flipkart that what they delivered is "DUAL CORE" only, which in fact, has not been found to be there.
