I bought a samsung 64gb micro sd card from flipkart. It arrived on time. I used it fotr almost 6 months and then it stopped working. I called flipkart customer service stating to give the resolution for the issue I was facing. First, it took almost half an hour to get a representative on call, second when the call was connected representative was busy talking to his colleague rather than attending my call. When I told them my issue and asked for resolution he opened a ticket on my name and informed me that the backend team will resolve my issue in 24 hours. Within 24 hours I got a mail requesting me to extend the resolution time by one more day. After 2-3 attempts they mailed me stating that I need to call samsung customer care to fix the issue as they are unable to help.
