Story of How Surprise Gift of my Wife’s to me turned into Shocking Gift, Order Id: OD40502026746. She Ordered one Dell Laptop for me as a surprise gift, it got delivered on 4th May, 2014 eve (Sunday), when we opened no laptop was there, only stone was there.
So, we got shocked, we called your Customer Care after 10 mins of delivery, he said we have not receieved delivery confirmation, so call the next day. We have been calling and mailing you on cs@flipkart.com, resolution@flipkart.com many times, but all the time we are getting a response to wait for the next 2-3 days. Initially we thought of replace this with a new one. Now, we are afraid and need our money back.
If you do not give our money back, I make sure to post daily on this issue on your FB page and Twitter, also make people aware about this fraud that you do by taking money. I will guide them not to buy from Flipkart to save their hard earned money. Seems like you are not at all a customer friendly company now, because you are not giving any attention to me and my wife’s problem.
