Bad after service support.

This is the leading online marketplace in India and we all love it. But I had an incident just 2 days back. My mom purchased a handbag from its mobile app platform and it got delivered on time. But the product delivered is very much different than the product displayed on the page. Not even a single penny of similarity is there in the product shown and product delivered. Obviously the product is of low quality, not to mention. But as it had a 30 day replacement offer. I initiated a replacement order on the very same day of receiving the product. They said their salesman will come to replace the product at 9th of december ( 2017) but till 11th of december there was no response from their side. After calling on their helpline number I found out that they haven’t even taken in account my order. And they apologised and said they’ll fix it right then and there. But after opening the app I found out that my replacement order have been rejected. Too bad. Then again I called their customer support, they told the same. Till now I haven’t got it replaced. My mom is feeling deceived by this online market and this is the thing I hated the most in this process. Most of their product is of low quality but I won’t have complained about them because i’d go over. But this one is too bad. Hope they work on it.
