I ordered a new book as a gift. There was no option of gift wrapping. Being a frequent user of Amazon, this site falls short on the user experience front. Worst part is I paid for a new book and received an old/used copy with notes and markings. This is an unethical practice, if these guys can’t deliver on what they claim, they will not last long. Customer service put me on hold and then cut me off.
*I would like to add more to the review. I saw the book recently since this was a gift, the book is absolutely RADDI - old tattered. I would like to warn fellow mouthshut users about flipkart. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. INSTEAD FLIP THEM THE FINGER. In summary, FLIPKART SUCKS BIG TIME.
