I have been ordering various product from Flipkart.com, the product I ordered was genuine & I like it. Also the delivery estimation time is also perfect and as per time. The problem comes when order the electronic product, I came across various product(eg:- Selfystick)
when unwrapped I found the stick in a damage state instantly logged a complain and was replace after 2 days . The services are good, problem come during it dispatchment. I suggest to use the new feature flipkart assured to avoid such circumstance. Overall experience is good & the site is user friendly .
The bad part of this website is it cannot sustain too much of load i.e. Users. Best example for it is during big billion sale . Also as per the experience of different users they didn’t find the website convenient to buy clothing accessories & shoes. If resolve such issue of the users the website will be used by everyone around the nation with a hope that they will get a genuine product . Remember Customer is the King!
