Recently I have ordered a new phone name moto g4 plus which cost me around 15000 INR and the market value is beyond 16500 INR. I m completely satisfied with the services nd other things which I liked about Flipkart is its delivery I have been supposed to get my order after 8-9 working days but I received it on the 4th Day. and this site also gives us the very detailed information regarding the shipment.where it has dispatched from and what time and everything. Now when we talk about relaibilty then we want 100% assurance. Seriously when I ordered my phone I was very much tensed that would I get my phone properly or not will it be damaged or something sort of these. But I think this site is 95-97% reliable as they have big market value and name as well. And sometimes a mistake could take plaxe may be technically but did not beed to worry their customer assistance team will surely sort out your difficulty. Now coming towards website and apps so both are available and they are exactly the same one can use any one of them to shop online. But I think some updates must be done on the app as well the website.
