I purchased my first online product from flipkart.com
It is very good online shopping site. The products are genuine, and good quality. The shipping process is for the places where flipkart can deliver by his own.
But where flipkart cannot deliver his product by his own there he uses other courior partnars like blue dart, dtdc and so on.
Ekart is the flipkarts own courior service and ekarts delivery is very very good. But other courior partners are not that good. Flipkarts products quality is really awesome. You dont get any kind of damage or missing product. If get any kind of damage product then product will be replaced within few days. If any product is missing from the box then your product will be repaced or your money will be refunded. No issue about that. And you can belive on flipkart in any matter related to your order. But these days flipkart dont give that much offer. So I am little disappointed from flipkart. So overall it is a very good online shopping site. Go for it.
