Flipkart has been around for a while now and with impressive service and customer satisfaction it is one of the best online shopping websites out there. It maintains a very good trust level with the customers not only by delivering the products on time but also by providing help and support to the customers when there is an issue with the delivery or with the product itself. When I made my first order on Flipkart I was a bit skeptical about whether I will get a quality product or not but a quality product was delivered and on scheduled time. Sometimes products are slightly over priced compared to other shopping sites but that little extra you pay doesn’t seem to go waste because the product you get will be of great quality and the delivery will be made on time. I personally never faced any problems with the delivery of my orders so I am happy with it, but obviously there are also negative reviews that are complaining about the quality of the services Flipkart has been offering and we can’t ignore them too. Nothing is perfect and there will surely be imperfections in everything. For someone new to online shopping or planning on buying from Flipkart, I would suggest start by buying a small inexpensive product and if the local delivery service is all good then you are lucky to buy more stuff.
