Ordered a zoop wrist watch for my son who is 7 years old. Selected a design from there site. Though the delivery was fast but when we opened the case the watch size was smaller than shown in the picture. On contacting the customer care.
They said the watch is for kids n we don’t have an exchange policy! I told them you can take more amount n will buy another watch but a total deaf ear.So while shopping on flipcart....keep in mind what you r buying you may not get the same!!
