I placed an order for a camera after I saw their one-day offer of 10% discount. It has been 10 days since I ordered (Order No: OD30610091286) and I have been desperately waiting the product to arrive as I wanted to gift it to someone special. But, all of a sudden, today, I get a call from someone on behalf of Flipkart to convey that my order has been cancelled! And after that followed a slew of lies!
I could have bought the camera from any store and received well within time for gifting. I relied on some most-probably-self-sponsored-reviews here and place the order. The discount on offer I think was PLAIN CHEATING to get free advertisement in many sites where attractive discounts and offers are listed.
Well, the reason they quoted is that the product is out of stock. He even went to say that even the manufacturer has no stock. This is a BLATANT LIE!
You can see the product is available with lot of sellers online as well as in stores. Ironically the product is currently available in Flipkart by the same seller - only without discount. Search for "Olympus E-PM1 Mirrorless" in flipkart.
I hope you people realize how Flipkart is cheating and lying to us. My suggestion - STAY AWAY FROM FLIPKART.
