With the increasing popularity of flipkart I think they are becoming irresponsible day by day
In the starting days they were good with there services . but now there service become so poor !
2 weeks ago I orderd a phone cover
It arrived on time but when it arrived , it seems like I brought disapointment of rs. 250.
When I open the package only it’s primary packaging was inside . and rest was empty .
No cover was there !
When I asked the delivery men , he clearly denied for taking it back .
And when I called service men he did’nt responed .
If they want to servive in this competitive market they have to improve there service !
