Please be careful with Flipkart, it might very well push into depths for their greedy, Please find my experience with flipkart.
1) On big billion day, I had placed couple of orders but after some time all of a sudden my "Orders" was showing empty so I once again placed few more new orders thinking that my old order were gone, later in the evening I found out that all the orders were processed and at the same time It was not allowing me to cancel the orders. I am from a middle class family now I am in a big burden of over shopping because of their technical problem.
2) Customer service is utter waste, not even one person whom I spoke to were able to address my query. So dont even think that Customer service would be solving your problem, worst part is I am not able to go further to complaint apart from customer Service as they are not giving any information
3) I bought Asus Zen phone which is very low on quality, Does Flipkart sell quality products.
Plastic toys which we find on streets for below rs 10 are better than the plastic used in Asus phone. I dont think that Flipkart has standards.
