What I like about the company is tranparency and moreover their friendly policies.
But sometimes because of price error they declined my request to buy the product.
The returns and refunds are extremely fast.i’ve bought around 10 things from flipkart in which only one was faulty. The next day they took the faulty product and 2 days later I got a cheque which was my refund.so overall a very promising company.thumbs up.
