Many peoples talks that this is a very good e commercial company but I refuse that, recently I ordered a jbl headphone at a price of Rs 349, but after few hours they send me a message that " your order has been canceled because the seller listed price incorrectly".And they give me a gift card of Rs 100 only. This is so humiliating for me. I often marked that it delivers the products at the last time of given date by them. And some times they wrong products also, ya it happens with me .Once I ordered a 4*4 rubik’s cube, but I get this cube of another company that I don’t ordered. So I think they should increase their customer service facilities.
