Flipkart is harassing the customer

Hello guys,


I am an flipkart customer and I recently buyed a product on flipkart on his sale between 3th October to 10th October, I buyed a PROVOGUE S01-Scarlet Red Check-in Luggage - 24 inch on Sunday 10th October and when I get my delivery the packaging was not perfect, so I requested for return on flipkart but till now the pickup agent did not came the estimate time for pickup was on Monday 18th October but today the date is 22th October and from five days i am requesting a call from flipkart customer care but no response is been given and today when I cancelled the return request they immediately callback to me that means they can see the customer has made a return request on their data and they are giving mental harassment to the customer, so I request not to buy product from flipkart.
