But we always need to check the assured sellers in the seller information because the assured seller product is been passed through six quality check and also been shipped by the flipkart warehouse itself so the chances to misshipment gets decreased and the quality of packaging and quality of the product is kept in mind before delivering the product to customer.

As in many product they use to have 30 days exchange policy with lifestyle category product under which the customer can choose any return option like exchange, replacement and refund, where on the other hand there is 10 days replacement policy with mostly electronic category product under which the replacement could be provided if there will be any defects or damage found in the product. Overall the company use to have some exceptions service for the customer who are in pain and even I experienced the same customer satisfaction thing like I was awarded with Instant money in there wallet as the mobile phones which I received has a defective charger.
