Its my second experience with the flipkart, first was when I bought a landline phone of panasonic 4 months back and now is the second time I purchased 2 books.I am amateur in online shopping and flipkart is my first online shopping experience.
The reason to choose flipkart was its interface and better site information than any other . Discount given was also good. To be on safer side, I preferred Cash on Delivery. It said that it will take 4-5 days for delivery but I recieved the order well in advance within 2 days.
I was well acquainted with the knowledge of my order’s movement i.e. where it was at the moment and by when it will reach me.The delivery guy had to return back as there was no body at home for the first time .But he politely said "Its ok Sir, I’ll come tomorrow or any other day at your convenience" I Liked those words.
The packing of the books was awesome and the books were in the first class condition as I expected.
Will be looking forward to make future purchase from flipkart too.
